Back in Slovakia Iveta worked for the Slovak Academy of Science, later on as an actuary for Union, Insurance Company. Since her college years she enjoyed to work with kids in math clubs, helping with preparations for math competitions.
After moving to the USA while taking care of her family she took an opportunity to volunteer in math classes. Iveta joined RSM in 2010 when a new branch in Andover was opened with the hope to share her love for math with children.
Favorite sports: volleyball, skiing.

Svetlana was teaching at Saint-Petersburg State Marine Technical University for several years before she came to the United States and joined RSM. She firmly believes that being good at math provides the means to excel at variety of different careers and encompasses many fields of work. She also believes mathematics teaches logical thinking and problem solving skills which are crucial in everyday life. Svetlana wants to share her knowledge and passion for math with students so that they can establish a sense of confidence and succeed in the future. Her daughter is a proud RSM student.
Elena Rojco
Education:
M.S in Mathematics from Moldova State University
After graduating Moldova State University, Elena worked as a middle school and high school teacher. She immigrated to the United States in 2003 and has since experienced working as a teacher and math teacher assistant in Leaning Centers as well as Charter Schools. In 2007 she joined Metrowest and then continued teaching at RSM branch in Andover. Math and numbers have always been a true hobby for Elena. For years, she built up and refined the math skills of her eldest daughter. This year, her daughter joined RSM to continue her math studies as a bright, advanced student. Elena hopes her youngest son will also follow in his sister’s footsteps.
Jurika Dancikova

Education:
M.S. in Math and Biology Education
Mrs. Dancikova has years of experience in working with children of various ages in 3 different countries – Slovakia, England and U.S. She taught math and biology in middle school in Slovakia. Since 2003 she has been working in Pre-Kindergarten and after school program in a private school. Mrs Dancikova joined RSM Andover in 2010.
Yuliana Shneer

Education:
B.S. in Information Systems and M.S. in Computer Science
Ms.Shneer has years of experience as a Software Engineer in USA and in Israel. She returned to a career in education, that began as a Teacher Assistant at Technion in Israel. Ms. Shneer joined RSM in 2006. Yuliana has two sons, both are whom are RSM students.

Yen Mac
Education:

Yen is a Chartered Tax Advisor who has worked in London and New York covering corporate and international tax. With two young children she firmly believes that even little ones care capable of understanding sophisticated concepts and so co-runs a science club at a local private school. She was thrilled to discover RSM when searching for a supplemental math program for her son as she found the syllabus rigorous and challenging in areas where the public system was lacking. Yen immediately sought to be a part of RSM’s academic excellence.
Yelena Barskaya
Education:
M.S. in Computer Science
As a graduate of a prestigious math preparatory school in St. Petersburg, Russia, Ms. Lena continued her education at the State Technical University. During college years she started working as a private math and computer programming tutor with high school and college students. Ms. Lena also has more than ten years of experience as a Software Engineer in the United States and Russia.
After her two sons were born she got interested in teaching math to the younger kids. Being a math prep school graduate she always valued a solid math education. At RSM Ms. Lena helps children develop lifelong interest in learning and advance their math and logical thinking skills.
Yuliya Soltan
Education:
M.S. in Systems Engineering from Minsk Institute of Radio and Technology
Yuliya worked as an engineer both in Belarus and Czech Republic, specializing in international software development and statistical analysis. After moving to the United States, Yuliya became interested in early childhood education since the education her kids were receiving was very different from that of Belarus.
Yuliya firmly believes that a strong mathematical foundation is a must for all aspects of life. She is also convinced that, given the right approach, logic development can be enjoyable and rewarding. Her goal is to not only show the children the beauty and orderliness of math, but also teach them to appreciate this tough subject. Yuliya was glad to discover that RSM’s curriculum and philosophy is very close to what she has been practicing for years with her own children.
Oxana Rogovaya
Education:
MS in Physics from Lomonosov’s Moscow State University
Oxana’s first teaching experience began with organizing physics seminars in Moscow State University for the students from the Biology and Geology Departments.
During 2010-2011 Oxana moved to the United States and became concerned with the level of public education. With her help, her son joined RSM and progressed to the advance level of RSM classes. Impressed by RSM’s academic program, she decided to help other children develop interest in learning and enhancing their math and logical thinking skills and joined RSM’s teachers team.
