A quality mathematics education is one of the most powerful tools you can provide a child. We believe the widespread aversion to the subject that is so prevalent in the culture and schools throughout this country is a major problem. One of the most important tasks (especially at the elementary level) is creating a counter culture that embraces the subject as both exciting and useful. RSM is not just designed for students who intend to study math in college. It is designed to help widen opportunities in all fields by honing logic and critical thinking skills along with the development of math-specific abilities and an appreciation for the subject. Yulia Bubnova Yulia has been with RSM for several years, working as a teacher in Newton, MA branch before moving to California. A graduate of Cornell University, she comes from a family where teaching mathematics is not only a profession, but a hobby as well. Before coming to RSM, she worked as a Teaching Fellow and Instructor of statistics and theoretical economics at Boston University.
