RSM-Fremont is a branch of the Russian School of Mathematics, the award-winning after-school math program for K-12 children that is based on the best practices of math schools in the former Soviet Union and Europe and adapted to the U.S. education environment. Our mission is to help our students develop mathematical excellence and lifelong critical thinking skills using our unique curriculum and exceptional teachers.
RSM-Fremont opened in Fall 2015 in response to the demand for after-school math enrichment in Fremont and serves the neighboring communities: Newark, Union City, Milpitas, Hayward, Pleasanton, San Jose, Alameda, San Leandro, San Ramon, Castro Valley, Fairview and El Diablo Hills.
RSM is fully accredited by WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges), ensuring that each aspect of our program has been carefully evaluated against state standards. Local schools accept and acknowledge our transcripts.
Designed as an effective alternative to math tutoring, our program provides rigorous mathematical training that will help your child excel at Algebra, Geometry and more. Whether your child needs to brush up on math or does not feel challenged in school, we can help! We provide something that traditional math tutors cannot: the opportunity to study mathematics in a fun and naturally challenging classroom environment where students benefit from each other's progress and make friends.
Our math school provides a world-class mathematics education with an emphasis on problem-solving skills and critical thinking. The RSM curriculum includes all requirements for ISEE, SAT-I, SAT-II, ACT and AP, as well as opportunities to prepare for and participate in mathematics competitions and Olympiads.

Ever since Wing can remember, she has had an interest in numbers. She felt certain that this interest was something that she would want to work with in her future.
Wing believes that math is the foundation of every subject, so she developed different interests related to math and chose a career path that would allow her to apply her math skills. Throughout her career at RSM, Wing has had wonderful opportunities to teach concepts to aspiring young minds, from Elementary Mathematics to Calculus and Trigonometry for students in 3rd grade through 12th grade. She is particularly interested in utilizing her skills and knowledge in a high school setting where she has extensive experience in preparing students working towards perfecting their performance on the SAT I, SAT II math subject tests, and AP Calculus examination. After serving as the Head Teacher at RSM-Lexington and Vice Principal at RSM-Belmont, Wing welcomes her new role as the Principal of RSM-Fremont in 2016.
