MetroWest Math Blizzard
Math Blizzard, an evening of math games and recreation for the entire family inspired by the winter holiday season will take place on Friday, December 9th from 5-8 PM. This event, which is free and open to the public, will be located at 5 Auburn Street in Framingham, home of RSM-MetroWest, a branch of the Russian School of Mathematics.
The public is invited to bring children, friends, neighbors, and anyone else who loves both puzzles and holidays. The event, like the school, welcomes people of all cultures and backgrounds to celebrate winter, holidays, and a love of mathematics. In the spirit of the season, please consider bringing a new or gently used toy or board game to be donated to a local shelter.
This is the latest in a series of entertaining math events that RSM-MetroWest has provided to the community, including Mathapalooza in 2014, Math Madness in 2015, and Math Cornucopia just last month.
Math Blizzard will feature math magic, winter- and holiday-themed math game stations, and great prizes.
