Registration

Camp Sunapee accepts campers completing grades 5-10.
Registration for the next summer starts in August and most spaces fill by January.

Medical Forms

Every Camper will need to fill out and send us the following forms before May 10:

  1. Consent Form
  2. Medical Form filled and signed by physician. Record of Immunizations must be included.
  3. A copy of your Insurance Card (both sides)

Please Note: Even if you obtain a medical form issued by your doctor's office, you still need to send us NAYA Medical Form, signed by Parent/Guardian (see the box on the bottom of the form).

In case if your appointment for physical is scheduled after  May 10, we encourage you to  mail or fax the copiy of Insurance Card(s), Consent Form and signed NAYA Medical Form separately and as early as possibleNo child without medical form will be accepted to the Camp. No exceptions.

Check-in and Transportation to and from the camp

Transportation to and from the camp is a family responsibility. 
Each session starts at 12:00 p.m. on the first day of sesion and ends at 12:00 p.m. on the last day of session. 
The children should be dropped off and picked up not earlier than 11:30a.m. and no later than 12:30p.m. 
Please, make an effort to be on time or let us know ahead of time if you have special circumstances. 

Visitation

Parents visiting time is every Saturday from 11:00a.m. to 4p.m.
Parents should first report to the camp administrator to register their visit.
Please be advised that parents are not allowed on the campground. Instead, they should wait for the children in the designated areas.
Children will be allowed to leave the campgrounds only with their own parents or with an adult, who has written permission from the child’s parents or guardians.

Laundry

The camp does not have laundry facilities. Your child should have enough clothes for a 2-week stay. In case of a 4-week stay, a change of clothes is a parent’s responsibility.

Items Not Alowed 

Food, Candies, Chewing gum and Soft Drinks are not allowed in the cabins. This is a standard requirement of the American Camping Association. Please, discuss it with your child prior to camp.

Cell Phones are not alowed. Parents/Guardians will be able to call or email the camp  in a case of emergency. The children will be encouraged to write home. Please, provide them with envelopes and stamps.

Electronic games are not allowed. We strongly advise each child to bring at least one book to read during quiet hour. 

Pocket Money - are unnecessary, there is no store in or near the camp.

Illegal Behavior

Use, possession, or distribution of alcohol, tobacco products and controlled substances are strictly prohibited in camp.

Campers who violate the prohibition against alcohol, tobacco products, or controlled substances will be expelled from camp immediately and will not be permitted to attend camp in the future.

Campers who vandalize camp or personal property will be expected to pay for the damage.
