RSM Teachers

Most of the teachers employed by RSM are professional teachers with considerable experience of teaching math in both the US and Russia.

Every teacher has thorough understanding of Russian Math teaching method and has access to curriculum resources. The teaching process is closely monitored by Curriculum Director.

Some teachers come to us from engineering background. All of them have a university education in math and continue to use math every day. This gives them a unique advantage of illustrating the use of math with examples from their own professional experience.

Another, recent category of RSM teachers started to form last year. This is our own graduates, who spent 7 or more years here at RSM, graduated with excellent SAT scores (ranging from 780 to 800), entered prestigious colleges, and finally came back to us, now as teachers.

One common feature all of our teachers share is their passion for teaching. When asked to explain why they wish to work at RSM, most of them answer that it is because of a strong desire to share the classical, systematic way of learning math which helped them so much when they were kids.
