For NEW students: If written cancellation notice is received anytime before the 3rd lesson occurs, tuition will be fully refunded (not including the registration fee).
Cancellation notice given after the 3rd and before the 20th lesson occurs will be processed as a prorated refund with 4 weeks notice.
If we are notified after lesson #10 we would refund from lesson #15 onwards.
After their 20th lesson, all students are considered continuing and would follow the cancellation policy of a continuing student.
